Head of Sales

About This Role
We're looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our revenue organization and scale our business to new heights. As TagadaPay continues to grow rapidly in the payment orchestration space, you'll be responsible for building and executing our sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and driving partnerships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Build, lead, and scale a world-class sales team including SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success
- Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
- Lead enterprise deals and complex negotiations with high-value prospects
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive product-market fit
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand market reach
- Report directly to the CEO and participate in strategic company decisions
Required Qualifications
- • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 4+ years in sales leadership roles
- • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams from startup to scale-up
- • Experience selling to enterprise clients with complex decision-making processes
- • Strong background in SaaS, fintech, or payment processing industries
- • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and growing ARR
- • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Preferred Experience
- • Experience with payment orchestration, checkout optimization, or subscription billing
- • Previous experience at a high-growth fintech or payment company
- • Knowledge of high-risk payment processing and ecommerce ecosystems
- • Experience selling to CBD, nutraceutical, or supplement brands
- • International sales experience, particularly in European markets
- • Track record of successful partnerships and channel development
- • Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) sales motions

Base Salary
$120,000 - $180,000
