Frequently asked questions
What does the 0.8% become 0% with TagadaPay mean?
TagadaPay is our own payment processor (tagadapay.io). When you process transactions through TagadaPay alongside the Tagada CRM, the 0.8% platform percentage on the CRM is waived — you only pay the TagadaPay processor rate (from 2.6% + 29¢, all-in). Stay on Stripe, Adyen, or another external processor and the 0.8% CRM percentage still applies on top of their rate.
How does the $75/week platform fee work?
Tagada charges a $75/week platform fee alongside a per-transaction fee starting from 0.8% + 19¢. The weekly fee is automatically waived once your variable transaction fees exceed $5,000/month, so as you scale you only pay the per-transaction rate.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
No. Unlike CheckoutChamp which requires $50K+/month in sales, Tagada has no minimum volume requirement. You can start small and scale.
What payment processors are supported?
Tagada integrates with 50+ gateways including Stripe, NMI, Adyen, Airwallex, PayArc, FluidPay, OceanPayment, and our own native processor TagadaPay. You can use multiple processors simultaneously with smart routing and cascade-on-decline.
Is everything really included?
Yes. Checkout pages, funnel builder, payment orchestration, subscription management, CRM, email and SMS automation, server-side tracking, A/B testing, and more, all included in your plan.
Do you offer custom pricing for high-volume merchants?
Yes. For merchants processing over $500K/month, we offer custom pricing with lower per-transaction rates. Contact us to discuss your volume.
