DevOps Engineer

About This Role

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help scale TagadaPay's payment processing platform. You'll be responsible for maintaining 99.99% uptime, implementing robust security measures, and building scalable infrastructure that can handle millions of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and implement security best practices
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive alerting
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies

Required Qualifications

• • 5+ years of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering experience
• • Strong expertise with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
• • Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker containerization
• • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog)
• • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
• • Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks

Preferred Experience

• • Experience with payment processing or fintech infrastructure
• • PCI-DSS compliance implementation experience
• • Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• • Experience with database operations (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
• • Familiarity with logging and tracing systems (ELK stack, Jaeger)
• • Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery planning
• • Knowledge of network security and VPN configurations
