Product Manager

About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our payment orchestration platform. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver features that help merchants maximize their payment success rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for payment orchestration features
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features
• Use data analytics to measure product performance and user adoption
• Work with sales and customer success to understand merchant needs
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches

Required Qualifications

• • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• • Strong background in fintech, payments, or financial services
• • Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics tools
• • Proven track record of shipping successful products
• • Strong understanding of API design and developer experience
• • Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment
• • Excellent communication and presentation skills
• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Experience

• • Experience with payment orchestration or payment processing platforms
• • Knowledge of ecommerce ecosystems and merchant challenges
• • Experience with subscription billing and recurring payments
• • Understanding of fraud prevention and risk management
• • Experience with checkout optimization and conversion rate optimization
• • Knowledge of international payment methods and regulations
• • MBA or advanced degree preferred
